This is a full-time, office-based role in Chessington, Surrey. The Environmental Services Trade Manager will lead and develop our dedicated team across Pest Control, Waste Clearance, Specialist Cleaning and Garden Maintenance.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, quality control, and consistent service delivery. Responsibilities include resource planning and scheduling, budget management, performance reporting, and mentoring colleagues to maintain high standards. The role also involves building strong client relationships, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to address any service-related enquiries or issues, and driving continuous improvement across all environmental services.

• Proven experience in operations management within environmental services, facilities management, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of pest control, waste management, specialist cleaning and garden maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
• Experience managing budgets and driving cost-effective operations
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Sound understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
