This is a full-time, office-based role in Chessington, Surrey. The Environmental Services Trade Manager will lead and develop our dedicated team across Pest Control, Waste Clearance, Specialist Cleaning and Garden Maintenance.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, quality control, and consistent service delivery. Responsibilities include resource planning and scheduling, budget management, performance reporting, and mentoring colleagues to maintain high standards.
