A major healthcare provider is seeking a Lead Practice Educator to drive forward education within Acute Adult settings in Aberdeen. This permanent role involves leading educational programmes and supporting learner development in line with NHS Grampian's strategic priorities. Candidates should have extensive practice education experience, a Master's degree, and strong leadership skills. The role is full-time and a job share may be considered. Primary responsibility is to cover all Acute Adult settings within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary – including Medicine, Unscheduled Care Services, Surgical and Clinical Support Services. As organisational needs arise, you will also deliver across other NHS Grampian services. You will drive forward education in collaboration with the Chief Nurses, Lead Nurse for Practice Education and Development and the Nurse Director for Excellence and Innovation, aligning with NHS Grampian’s strategic priorities, Plan for the Future and Scottish Government priorities. The post holder will be part of the Senior Practice Education and Development Team and will partner closely with NHS Education for Scotland (NES) and higher and further education institutes.
