Salary: £To be confirmed on application (our client has asked for this not to be advertised).

Location: Flintshire – 60/40% - Would like 100% to begin with – happy to see people who are happy with only 60% onsite but please state in coversheet onsite expectations

Clearance: SC preferred/BPSS accepted

Essential/Must have

• Experience with an ERP system
• Public sector/Defence experience is key
• Experience of managing people, there will be a requirement to manage 3-4 people
• Understand and able to manage procurement cycles
• Business case management experience - How to put business cases together, managing Statement of works (SOW), ITT, evaluations, KPI's.
• Oracle, CPNF systems experience would be ideal
• People management experience and a strong understanding of procurement
