A local council in South Ribble seeks a part-time Caretaker to ensure the security and maintenance of various operational sites. The role involves opening and closing facilities, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with Health and Safety compliance. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, experience in building maintenance, and a valid UK Driving Licence. The position offers flexible working arrangements and includes benefits such as annual leave and a local government pension.
We are seeking a practical and skilled Caretaker with experience in maintaining a safe and clean environment and excellent customer service skills. You will assist the Facilities team in providing cover for the day-to-day operation and security of the Council’s operational assets.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across the Councils' varied sites and work across teams.
