A dynamic creative agency in Greater London seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in client management within social or creative agencies and be responsible for delivering integrated social campaigns. As a Senior Account Manager, you will take a leading role across key client relationships, owning day-to-day delivery while contributing to strategic direction and growth. You will be trusted to manage complex projects, guide clients through decision-making, and act as a key connector between strategy, creative and production.
You will be confident working with client stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities, and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard across Always On and campaign activity.
This role suits someone who is hands-on, commercially aware, and ready to mentor more junior team members.
