We are seeking an experienced B2B Consulting Director to lead large, complex client engagements and deliver market‑beating growth strategies that drive measurable impact.
As the strategic engagement lead, the Consulting Director is responsible for shaping and guiding program strategy, ensuring delivery excellence, and influencing senior client stakeholders through a consultative, trusted‑advisor approach. They will typically oversee several major engagements concurrently, ensuring overall program health and success while collaborating with the Commercial Lead on broader account strategy.
This role combines strategic direction‑setting with hands‑on leadership – bringing together market insight, consulting expertise, and a passion for developing teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Salary:
£75,000 - £115,000
