A healthcare provider in Scotland is looking for candidates to join their Newborn Hearing Screening team. The position involves collecting and recording clinical data related to newborn hearing and delivering results to parents. Ideal candidates should have experience in a healthcare setting or working with the public. The role requires PVG membership and offers a structured working hour pattern. As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Newborn Hearing Screening team at NHS Lothian. The successful candidates will work as part of the team responsible for the hearing screening of all babies born or resident in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
