A leading catering company is seeking a Head Chef to oversee operations in Ipswich. The role includes managing a team, ensuring high food quality standards, and maintaining budget expectations. Responsibilities include leading the culinary team, working closely with the Executive Chef, and ensuring compliance with food safety policies. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience, strong leadership skills, and a recognized cooking qualification. This position offers a competitive salary and various perks.
A day and boarding co-educational school for pupils from nursery to Sixth form in Ipswich, Suffolk. Catering for 500 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, lunch, supper, internal and external hospitality. This is a 52 weeks a year operations and operates 7 days a week so working patterns are 5 out of 7 days. Additional benefit to this location is free parking on site.
We are looking to hire an experienced Head Chefto join the operation at one of our prestigious locations in Ipswich.
This role will be working closely with the catering team, along with the Executive Chef Manager to ensure that the day-to-day catering and hospitality is delivered to a high standard. You will be experienced in a similar role. Whilst ensuring all catering operations are executed well, you will also be able to manage the financial budget for the location.
