PURE Life Experiences is the global community for high-end experiential travel’s leading minds — the PUREists — who gather every year in Marrakech to connect, collaborate and change the future of travel. Further East gathers the brightest travel figures in Asia-Pacific and beyond — those who make their own waves — on the shore of Seminyak, Bali, to do business differently.

As Marketing Executive for PURE Life Experiences and Further East, you’ll play a key part in bringing our event brands to life through bold, creative and strategic marketing. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team, you’ll help deliver innovative campaigns that inspire our global community of luxury travel leaders.

From crafting compelling content to managing digital channels and supporting on-site marketing delivery, you’ll be at the heart of how we tell the PURE and Further East stories to the world. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised marketer who loves travel, thrives on collaboration, and wants to grow within a fast-paced, purpose-driven company.

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that bring PURE and Further East to life.

• Coordinate campaign deliverables, ensuring projects are well-planned, on time and on brand.

• Brief, build and send marketing emails (and email automations) via Pardot, collaborating with copy, design, and sales teams.

• Work on the development and briefing of multiple marketing projects, to ensure key deadlines are met.

• Oversee and manage the production of all show signage.

• Keep websites and event content up to date, working with our digital team to maintain quality and consistency.

• Track marketing performance and create reports using social media insights, Google Analytics, and Pardot.

• Research new marketing opportunities, competitor activity, and wider industry trends to inform campaign strategy.

• Provide on-the-ground marketing support at our events — from Marrakech to Asia — helping capture and share the magic of our shows.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within travel, hospitality, or events.

• Strong organisational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple deadlines.

• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.

• Practical understanding of the full marketing remit.

• Experience using tools like Asana, Google Analytics, and email marketing systems (Pardot or similar).

• Passion for luxury travel, curiosity to learn, and enthusiasm for teamwork.

Position Type: Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd's Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
