A property investment firm based in Blackburn is seeking a Land Buyer to source and acquire land opportunities for residential development. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Land Buyer, based in Blackburn with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves sourcing, assessing, and acquiring land opportunities to support the company’s residential development projects. Additional responsibilities include conducting site visits, negotiating with landowners and agents, managing relationships with stakeholders, and preparing feasibility studies and reports. The Land Buyer will also work closely with the planning and development teams to ensure project alignment with company goals.
