Qualifications

• Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security.
• Ability to undertake DIY tasks.
• Good understanding of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and first line repairs as instructed.
• Undertake painting and decorating tasks in line with maintenance programmes.
• Monitor cleanliness and report deficiencies to the Site Manager.
