Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register new tenant enquiries and match them with suitable properties.
• Book and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.
• Manage offers, referencing, and tenancy progression.
• Create marketing material and advertise listings online.
• Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants.
• Support the wider lettings team with administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and internal policies.
