Job description

Walbury Commercial is a private property business specializing in residential land investment and development across Northern England. Working closely with landowners, investors, agents, surveyors, and developers, Walbury Commercial has built strong partnerships and a track record of success. Operating as a property investor, Walbury Commercial acts quickly and decisively without reliance on bank funding or third-party management.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Land Buyer, based in Blackburn with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves sourcing, assessing, and acquiring land opportunities to support the company’s residential development projects. Additional responsibilities include conducting site visits, negotiating with landowners and agents, managing relationships with stakeholders, and preparing feasibility studies and reports. The Land Buyer will also work closely with the planning and development teams to ensure project alignment with company goals.
