Job summary

A local government authority in Cheltenham seeks an experienced Commercial Building Surveyor to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Responsibilities include supporting maintenance projects and asset management strategies across around 200 buildings. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in building surveying, a relevant degree, and must possess strong teamwork skills. Qualifications
