Do you have IT Support experience? Can you be the face of our IT Team? If so, MMR Research Worldwide has the opportunity for you! We are seeking an engaged and passionate IT Support Engineer to join our team in Wallingford, Oxfordshire!

• Provide top‑notch tech support to on‑site and remote teams.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and networking problems.
• Perform workstation imaging, installation, upgrades and basic repairs.
• Perform meeting room checks and carry out maintenance.
• Escalate security incidents — acknowledge, triage, elevate, and resolve as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all devices and related assets.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and mitigate incidents across environments and servers.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support IT operations and end‑user self‑service.
• Deliver technical training sessions.

• 🎓 Degree or Proven Experience: BS in Computer Science or similar hands‑on expertise.
• 💼 Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in technology support.
• 💡 Experience with supporting remote users; Mobile Device Management applications (Jamf & Intune); maintaining and monitoring enterprise‑level RMM, Manage Engine Endpoint Central; familiar with at least one project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, ITIL); operating systems such as Windows, iOS, OSx, Android etc.; creating and maintaining automatic scripts (Bash, PowerShell etc.).
• 👩💼 Self‑starting with a clear interest in the industry and willingness to learn.
• 📆 Strong self‑management with the ability to switch between tasks.
• 🤝 Clear, professional and concise communication, both written and verbally.
