At Vertu Cosmetic Repair we are looking to recruit a Cosmetic Repair Technical Supervisor, to cover our dealerships in the South.

We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £45,000and a range of company benefits!

As a Cosmetic Repair Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a regional team of Smart Repair Technicians.

You will be responsible for ensuring that your team are adhering to all Smart Repair processes and delivering a high standard of workmanship in order to meet the expectations of dealerships and retail customers. This will be carried out through regular site visits, repair audits and quality checks.

You will support the Booking Coordinators with the effective utilisation, diary management, and associated resources of Smart Repair Technicians by liaising with them regularly about your team and any regional matters.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to regularly travel across your region.

It is essential for this role that you have previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, as well as a Full UK Driving Licence. It would be preferential if you had previous experience of leading and coaching a team, particularly within cosmetic repair.
