MIDDAY SUPERVISOR ROLES
Job summary
A local primary school in the United Kingdom is seeking a Midday Supervisor to support children's well-being during lunch breaks. This role focuses on promoting healthy eating and facilitating cooperative play among students. The position is for 8 hours per week during term time, with a pro-rated salary of £4,945. The fixed-term contract lasts until July 24, 2026, starting January 5, 2026. Candidates will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check and are encouraged to visit the school before applying.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Supervise children during lunchtime to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Encourage healthy eating habits and facilitate play activities.
- Manage any issues that arise during lunchtime.
8 hours per week (1.6 hours a day Monday to Friday) – Term time only
Grade 1, point 2, Pro-rated salary £4,945 (Full time equivalent - £24,413)
Starting 5th January 2026
Fixed Term Contract until 24th July 2026

Our midday team support children’s well-being during a crucial time of the day. You will focus on healthy eating and co-operative play and fun times, providing a listening ear and pastoral care.
