Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:
  • Optimising our online presence to drive leads and income
  • Managing and collaborating with digital agencies to fine-tune performance
  • Managing content, targeting, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Creating and running digital campaigns that get noticed (and deliver results!)
  • Exploring and embedding new tools to help the team work smarter
  • Analysing campaign data and sharing insights for continuous improvement
  • Keeping up with the latest digital trends and best practices
  • Being a go-to digital voice across the business
About you

As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will need to be a creative thinker, ability to build good working relationships both internally and externally, to disseminate complex detail into simple and straightforward communications and the capability to multi-task.

We are looking to attract somebody with at least 5 years of proven experience of managing B2C/B2B campaigns within the insurance space (other sectors will be considered) and the ability to understand the proposition, products and services being offered.

You’ll also be or have:
  • Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, ideally in insurance or financial services
  • A solid grasp of SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics
  • Confidence with marketing automation and analytics platforms
  • Great communication and project management skills
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • A passion for learning and applying your knowledge of marketing tools across our digital platforms
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, able to communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Degree level educated and a Marketing qualification
