We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join us following a restructuring of our team. You will need to demonstrate that you can partner with business managers and leaders to understand their business objectives and provide relevant strategic HR inputs.
Reporting to a Head of HR Business Partnering, you will work closely with the HR Shared Services to team to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the businesses you support and to support the entire life cycle of the employee experience. To be successful, you must be able to develop meaningful relationships with all managers in your businesses, and other people teams in the organisation. Skills in relationship building and influencing are essential. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing expertise in all areas of HR management.
This is a full time role covering multiple sites across the UK. This role will be based at our London site (5 minutes from Waterloo station) with regular travel (up to twice a week) across the UK. The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible with their working arrangements.
