A leading hospitality management company in Liverpool is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager. This role involves driving revenue through effective marketing strategies and securing new business. Responsibilities include developing a sales plan, managing relationships with key accounts, and executing targeted marketing campaigns. We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be contracted for 20 hours per week, worked over 3 or 4 days.
In this role, you will drive revenue by effectively selling all aspects of the hotel within the local and national marketplace. You will support the delivery of the hotel sales and revenue budget by increasing the share and profitability of existing accounts and securing new business across all market segments.
You will focus on corporate, meetings and events, and leisure segments, implementing targeted sales and marketing activities such as direct selling, promotions, and digital campaigns.
Hampton by Hilton Liverpool Airport has 3 meeting rooms, direct access to the airport for business and leisure travellers and car parking on site. Located just 7 miles out of the city centre and with lots of untapped opportunity.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams/Zoom, Social Media, and Digital Marketing Channels (i.e., Facebook, Instagram) is essential for this role.
