Chef de Partie
Location: Toyota GB Head Office, Epsom, KT18 5UX
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (typical shift 7:00am–3:00pm)
Pay: £15.00 per hour

Job Overview

Sodexo is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the catering team at Toyota GB Head Office in Epsom. This role involves preparing high-quality food for employees on site, as well as catering for meetings, events, and corporate functions. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a consistent, professional food service within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard for daily employee dining.

  • Support catering for meetings, events, and corporate hospitality functions.

  • Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Assist with menu development and continuous improvement where required.

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.

  • Contract catering experience preferred.

  • Culinary or professional cookery qualifications – preferred.

  • Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment.

  • Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team.
