A leading cruise company in the UK is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to support the finance department. This role involves managing month-end accounting processes and ensuring compliance with deadlines, focused particularly on General & Administrative costs. In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to bring fresh insights and expertise to our finance department.
This role is accountable for assisting with the end-to-end accounting and compliance processes associated with the CUK Accounting Team and ensuring that prime entries are accurately accounted for and controlled. Specifically, this role is focused on the General & Administrative costs which broadly correlates to central overheads. This role will also provide ad‑hoc technical accounting advice and project support as required and support initiatives to streamline or automate processes to drive out inefficiencies and improve processes and performance.
This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full‑time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
