We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our friendly and high‑performing team at Vertu Ford Stafford! We are offering an industry leading remuneration package including Basic Salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000, a company car and a range of fantastic benefits.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys handling a high volume of customer inquiries. It can also be a fantastic step‑up opportunity for individuals who have held a senior sales executive position, particularly within a high‑energy, target‑driven setting.

As our Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and enhancing the overall customer journey. You willFilm responsible for:

• Presenting finance and insurance options to customers after they’ve been qualified by the sales team
• Ensuring all financial and insurance information is shared in a clear, accurate, and compliant manner
• Supporting daily sales activities and helping drive the team toward performance targets
• Taking part in first and second‑facing customer interactions
• Collaborating with colleagues to offer vehicles (new or used) alongside a suite of add‑on products including finance, warranty, paint protection, and insurance
• Always aiming to deliver an outstanding, customer‑focused experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
• Experienced in relationship‑building and confident in negotiation
• Able to communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing), with a strong focus on customer needs
• Proactive and able to work independently while also contributing to a team
• Hold a full and valid UK driving licence

You should also have:

• Previous experience in a business or sales management role
• A strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
• A genuine passion for customer service and a problem‑solving mindset
