Full-Time, Permanent – 35 hours per week – $51.29–$72.65/hour
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for community health and harm reduction to join a multidisciplinary team supporting clients affected by Hepatitis C. This role focuses on education, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support — improving outcomes and reducing transmission through compassionate, evidence-based care.
