A community support organization in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee service delivery across various roles. The position involves managing frontline duties, acting as Duty Manager, and providing On Call support. £28,659 (£29,376 following the successful conclusion of the probationary period) – Full time plus On Call Duties

Flexibility is key, and you will be ready to take on frontline duties across our various services and settings, as well as acting as Duty Manager and tackling issues as they arise.
We are looking for someone with an engaging manner when interacting with a broad range of stakeholders, and a particular commitment to the wellbeing of young people. You will already have experience of being responsible for people, resources or buildings although that may be from a range of situations at work or elsewhere. You will have great technology skills and be able to manage a complex workload with varied responsibilities.

We plan to hold online interviews / practicals on week commencing 26th January, with in-person interviews at the YMCA on 9th and 10th February.

Hours of Work
The basis is a working week consisting of not less than 40 hours plus On Call duties.
Work will be on site and across the whole 24/7 rota, depending on where cover is needed.
For the first two to three months, the majority of your time is likely to be spent on hostel cover shifts to give you a strong practical understanding of our core work.
The On Call provision is in place at all times, including weekends, nights and Bank Holidays, and is covered on a rota basis with three or four individuals.
We are able to take a reasonable number of other commitments into consideration when planning the On Call rota, with each person doing an equal share of Bank Holidays, weekends and everyday cover.
Job Purpose
To assist in co‑ordination, administration and frontline delivery at YMCA Doncaster, covering gaps where they occur due to vacancies, absence or when piloting new work.

– a minimum of two references, including all employment during the past three years.
– a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
We also ask successful candidates to complete a medical questionnaire, and to have an online occupational health assessment to confirm suitability for night and lone working.
