You'll drive content creation and community engagement across various platforms, including drafting social posts, editing short-form videos, and responding to comments. Are you a storyteller who lives and breathes social media? We’re looking for a talented Social Media Creative to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing day-to-day content creation and community engagement, ensuring our social channels are populated with engaging content that aligns perfectly with our brand.
At Dryrobe®, we’re all about helping people get out there and make the most of their time outdoors, connecting them with nature. We are the creators of the original outdoor changing robe and our products are used for a range of activities on the shoreline and beyond; including surfing, swimming and paddle sports.
We are based in beautiful North Devon and encourage our staff to take advantage of the awesome activities on our doorstep.
You’ll combine copywriting, video editing, and direct community interaction to maintain the brand’s presence across all digital touchpoints.
You possess strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt your tone for different formats, from punchy social captions to longer-form blog articles. You have a deep practical knowledge of social platform features, best practices, trends, and algorithms, alongside proficiency with mobile-first video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) or desktop software (e.g., Premiere Pro).
Experience managing online communities is essential, and you should be comfortable engaging with user-generated content in a professional capacity. Ideally, you have a genuine passion for outdoor sports and an awareness of sustainability issues, allowing you to authentically connect with our community.
Office-based, however, after initial training and induction into the company, we would consider hybrid working. Our office is based at Dryrobe® HQ, Braunton, North Devon.
