Caister Academy are seeking a confident and adaptable individual who can ensure the continuity of high-quality education when cover is required - primarily in the classroom, but occasionally across other areas of the school. You’ll work closely with class teachers to support and deliver engaging learning experiences, helping students stay focused and making sure lessons run smoothly. If you're calm under pressure, quick to build rapport, and passionate about supporting young people, we’d love to hear from you.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
GCSE English and Maths Grade 3 minimum or equivalent
High level of education
Proven experience working in an educational environment
Ability to build effective relationships with students and staff
Proven experience in classroom management
Our Cover Team play an integral role in ensuring the student learning experience remains high-quality when their usual teacher is absent.
