The client is a leading national firm of well-respected Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants that provides comprehensive property advice to public and private sector organisations and their clients, which includes but is not limited to valuation, investment and occupational agency, lease consultancy, rating, management, building consultancy and more.
We have an excellent opportunity for a MRICS qualified Valuation Surveyor – Senior to Senior Associate level to join our client’s team in Liverpool.
You will be responsible for Valuations across a variety of Commercial, Residential and Development assets and will have a keen drive for networking, generating business and maintaining strong working relationships with our clients.
