Key Responsibilities

About You
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within M&E maintenance or Facilities Management.
  • Strong knowledge of building services, mechanical & electrical systems, or hard FM.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • A proactive, self‑driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience using CRM systems and strong Microsoft Office capability.
  • A results‑oriented mindset with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
