In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll define and execute the strategic direction of all communications activity across the business. From crafting compelling internal narratives to leading global media relations, you’ll ensure our messaging supports growth, strengthens brand equity, and engages a diverse range of stakeholders across the energy and digital infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications strategy aligned with business goals
- Own and evolve the company narrative and messaging framework
- Lead international media relations and act as the primary media contact
- Manage external PR agencies to ensure consistent brand representation
- Deliver high-impact campaigns that support commercial objectives
- Partner with Commercial teams to align messaging with market needs
- Define and deliver internal communications that drive employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the People Team on executive communications, internal events, and rollouts
- Create tools and processes for effective communication across all sites
- Track and assess internal communications effectiveness
