We are looking for a qualified Litigation Fee Earner to join our dynamic team in Wolverhampton, specialising in flight delay and compensation claims.

Duties
  • Handle a high volume of EC261/UK261 claims, representing airline passengers in disputes against major carriers.
  • Oversee the complete litigation process from pre‑action protocols through to trial, ensuring robust legal strategies and excellent client communication at every stage.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent litigation experience.
  • Minimum 2 years PQE (or equivalent) in civil litigation.
  • Proven expertise in small claims, particularly under EC261/UK261 or similar consumer rights laws.
  • In‑depth knowledge of relevant case law such as Dore v EasyJet and Bott & Co.
  • Exceptional advocacy, drafting, and client communication skills.
