Litigation Paralegal – Flight Delay Claims (EC261/UK261)

We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Wolverhampton. This role will handle a high volume of small claims relating to flight delays, cancellations and denied boarding, supporting our legal team by preparing cases, liaising with clients, airlines and courts, and ensuring all procedures are managed efficiently and within deadlines.

Hours of Work: full time

Duties:

  • Support the legal team with case preparation for litigation related to flight delays, cancellations, and denied boarding.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, airlines, and courts.
  • Manage all case procedures efficiently and within deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation or civil disputes, preferably within consumer or personal injury sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Small Claims Track and CPR protocols.
  • Experience or knowledge of EC261/UK261 or air travel litigation (desirable but not essential).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent case management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
