Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in EL/PL case handling including litigation.
• Strong understanding of quantum issues.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and liaise with medical and other experts.
• Assess merits of cases and gather evidence.
• Liaise and negotiate with insurers and courts.
• Value claims for Pain, Suffering, and Loss of Amenity.
• Draft Schedules of Special Damages.
