We're recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join our Commercial team based in Milton Keynes.

It’s worth remembering that we’ll undertake the relevant/standard employment checks if you’re successful in the selection process. Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance will be required (to be undertaken as part of onboarding process)
- Qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
- Member of a relevant professional institution (CICES, RICS etc.).
- Experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
- Successful experience at Commercial Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor level, demonstrating skill in delivering a positive commercial outcome for the project(s) with which you have been associated.
- An ability as a leading member of the Commercial Team to proactively collaborate with other departments to achieve common project goals, mission, and vision values.
- The ability to work closely with the operational delivery team to listen, learn and take on board new concepts. Ensure delivery of personal and team action, develop and set strategies. A desire to mentor and develop team members.
- NEC & Major Project experience
- Must have a valid Drivers license and access to own vehicle.
- Must have a valid CSCS card (White or White/Yellow).
