Why join us:

Because every day counts when bringing new medicines to patients. Our 1,000+ experts across the US, UK, and beyond are united by science, agility, and a culture that turns ideas into impact—fast.

About the role

Quotient Sciences is a drug development accelerator, helping to shorten timelines and bring new treatments to patients faster through our Translational Pharmaceutics® platform.

As an AI Product Manager, you will define, develop, and deliver AI‑powered products and solutions that align with our strategic goals. Recognised internally as a subject matter expert, you will lead the lifecycle of AI products that impact the entire organisation. Working closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders, you will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics, and ensure responsible AI practices and compliance.

Main responsibilities
  • Define and deliver the AI product strategy and roadmap, aligned with organisational goals and market needs.
  • Prioritise AI product development based on impact, effort, and risk.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can deliver measurable value across Quotient’s CDMO environment.
  • Translate user needs into clear product requirements and define success metrics.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI products from ideation to optimisation.
  • Own reference AI architecture and maintain target architecture diagrams for each product.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver actionable product features.
  • Keep delivery on track by resolving issues and making timely trade‑off decisions.
  • Drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics through training, documentation, and change management.
  • Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance and ethical use of AI.
  • Monitor product performance and use data‑driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, actionable terms to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI, data analytics, and product management.
Skills required
  • Demonstrable experience in product management, ideally with AI, data science, or analytics products.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital or AI products from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data engineering, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring skills.
  • Applied knowledge of Agile principles (Kanban, Scrum) and roadmap delivery using tools like Jira.
  • Analytical, methodical, and strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to influence product vision and adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
  • Background in life sciences, biotech, or manufacturing; awareness of CDMO processes desirable.
  • Experience with GxP, validation, or regulated software environments beneficial.
