Job summary
A leading LGBTQ+ homelessness charity in Brighton is seeking a compassionate LGBTQ+ Project Worker. This role involves providing support to LGBTQ+ individuals facing homelessness, working to ensure their journeys towards independent living are as seamless as possible. The candidate will need to demonstrate emotional resilience and excellent communication skills, as they will help individuals navigate complex housing and equality issues while fostering positive relationships and stability. - Lived experience or experience working with homeless or vulnerable LGBTQ+ individuals.
- Knowledge of issues faced by LGBTQ+ people, including mental health and housing insecurity.

- Develop and review individual support plans and risk assessments.
