A leading highways service provider in the UK is seeking a Project Coordinator to optimize project delivery and enhance financial integrity. This role involves close collaboration with senior management and various teams to ensure projects are set up successfully. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Excel and project management tools like MS Project, alongside proven analytical and communication abilities. Flexible working arrangements are available, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.
As a key member of our project coordination team, you will play an essential role in strengthening how we deliver projects across the organisation. Working closely with senior management, commissioning specialists, engineers, and finance teams, you’ll help ensure projects are set up for success from day one. You’ll maintain accurate budgets and schedules, uphold strong commercial and administrative standards, and contribute to improving the reliability of our project reporting.
This role also offers the opportunity to support process improvements, provide cross‑team cover when needed, and take on a variety of ad hoc tasks that help keep our portfolio running smoothly.
