Qualifications

• Proven experience in a project-based role within construction, sanitaryware, KBB, or similar.
• Strong track record in specification sales.
• In-depth knowledge of residential new build and/or hospitality project environments.
• Confident presenting CPDs to A&D professionals.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Gain and protect specifications through key stakeholders.
• Identify complex projects and navigate decision processes.
• Co-manage projects to increase sales turnover.
• Maintain accurate project data in CRM.
• Deliver CPDs and represent the company at events.
