Job Title: Graduate Maritime Services Project Manager

Location: Portsmouth Naval Base (Hampshire). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the full project lifecycle to ensure that the needs of customers/users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achieved.
  • Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project.
  • Apply appropriate PM methods and tools whether predictive approaches or adaptive approaches.
  • Aid with agreeing project approach with stakeholders and prepares realistic plans and tracks activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
  • Support in reviewing project data and analysis to identify areas of concern and success.
  • Support in managing budgets, quality and schedule adherence.
