Work with senior management to define the program's vision, mission, and goals, and communicate these to project teams.* Develop comprehensive program plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources. Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects progress according to plan.* Allocate people budget and resources to various projects. Monitor and adjust resource allocation to ensure efficient use and avoid overlap or wastage.* Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct risk assessments, monitor for new risks, and implement contingency plans to maintain program progress and avoid disruptions.* Serve as the primary contact for all stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, clients, and external partners. Ensure regular updates on program progress, challenges, and successes through meetings, status reports, and presentations.* Establish and maintain quality standards across all projects.
