Job summary

Qualifications

  • Previous guest service experience, preferably in a hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate guest queries and provide assistance.
  • Efficiently check guests in and out.
  • Process guest transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with departments to prepare rooms.
  • Flexible availability across shifts from 7am to 11pm.
