Responsibilities

• Represent the Komatsu brand and sell capital equipment in the territory.
• Maximise profit potential on each sale.
• Achieve agreed sales targets.
• Provide necessary information for order processing and machine delivery.
• Carry out new machine demonstrations.
• Complete all sales related documents accurately.
• Utilise and maintain the CRM system.
• Engage attendance in shows and exhibitions as required.
• Maintain close liaison with customers for exemplary service.
