Qualifications

• Must have experience in a Service Team Manager/Service Advisor role, in the automotive industry.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid clean UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for customers, from initial meeting to finalising invoices.
• Update customers on vehicle repairs and provide excellent service.
• Allocate jobs to technicians ensuring top-notch service.
• Maintain aftersales product knowledge.
