Job summary

A niche legal practice is seeking an experienced PA / Office Manager to provide high-level support to the sole partner and manage the office efficiently. This role includes responsibility for client communication, financial administration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven secretarial background, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Benefits include car parking and private medical insurance after probation.

Qualifications

  • Proven secretarial experience ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion dealing with confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to the sole partner.
  • Act as a key liaison point with clients, maintaining professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate daily recording of time sheets and support financial administration.
  • Manage Client and KYC requirements and support compliance obligations.
  • Use and manage IT systems, including Microsoft Office.

Proven secretarial experience
Excellent organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Excellent IT skills
Experience in Commercial Law, Trusts, Private Client work
Experience handling AML / KYC requirements
Experience supporting regulatory projects
