A leading residential childcare organization in Bradford is seeking a Children’s Home Registered Manager. You will inspire and lead teams, ensuring compliance with Ofsted while delivering therapeutic care. Ideal candidates will possess NVQ Level 3 and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management. This role offers a salary of £47,500 to £55,000 plus performance-related bonuses, with opportunities for progression and additional benefits including substantial annual leave.

Salary: £47,500 – £55,000 + up to £18,000 in performance-related bonuses
Working Hours: Full-time (management rota / flexible to service needs)
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs – SEMH, EBD, Trauma, Behavioural & Emotional Difficulties
A confident and experienced Registered Manager. A leader who can inspire, develop, and retain strong teams. Someone who understands how to make a house a home. Strong knowledge of Ofsted compliance and safeguarding. Passionate about therapeutic, child-centred care.
Progression Opportunity: Long-term senior leadership opportunities; ongoing support through Ofsted inspections.
