📄 Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
• Experience in Years: Minimum 5 years in residential care of children
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/management role
• Achieved “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted rating in previous inspections
