A children's care organization in Bedfordshire is seeking an experienced Residential Home Manager to lead a small home for children aged 11-17 with emotional and behavioral difficulties. The role requires proven management experience and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. The position offers a competitive salary of £55,000-£60,000, a 10% bonus, and a collaborative team environment aimed at making a meaningful impact on children's lives. Location: Bedfordshire / North Hertfordshire
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum + 10% bonus + £1,000 for successful Ofsted registration
Dual Registration Salary: £80,000 per annum + company vehicle
Working Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week
Annual Leave: Starting at 32 days, increasing to 35 days
Service: Children’s Home – Solo or 2-bed home
Service Users: YPs aged 11–17, EBD / Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services or equivalent, or willingness to work towards
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years working with children (last 5 years), including at least 1 year in a senior/management role
