A leading children's residential care provider in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for an experienced Registered Manager for a residential home. The role involves creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing staff effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in children's residential care management and hold relevant qualifications. Qualifications Required:
Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Children’s Services (or willingness to complete)
Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in children’s residential care management

An experienced and passionate Registered Manager who can lead a children’s residential home with confidence, care, and compliance at the forefront.
You will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children and young people can achieve positive outcomes that are meaningful to them. You will ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations, inspire and lead a motivated staff team, manage budgets and resources effectively, and work collaboratively with external professionals to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people.
