Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home 🏡

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £51,500 per annum + £7,500 welcome bonus

Working Hour: Full Time

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: YPs | EBD, Trauma, SEMH, CSE, CCE

Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Children’s Services (or willingness to complete)

    Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in children’s residential care management

    Employment Type: Permanent

You will ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations, inspire and lead a motivated staff team, manage budgets and resources effectively, and work collaboratively with external professionals to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people.
