• Utilise iLloyd and Dealer Management systems to contact customers due for service.
• Understand customer needs to guide them towards suitable products.
• Promote Service Plans and Products to customers as a retention tool.
• Support the Service Manager and team to meet objectives.
• Identify business opportunities with colleagues.
